At Pup Couture & Co., we want your pup's goodies to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During busy periods, sales, launches, public holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship orders within Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the delivery provider.

As a general guide, Australian deliveries may take approximately:

• Metro areas: 2–7 business days

• Regional areas: 4–10 business days

• Remote areas: 5–14+ business days

These timeframes do not include our order processing time.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, sales events or periods of unusually high demand.

3. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been collected by the delivery provider.

4. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

Pup Couture & Co. is not responsible for delays, additional postage costs or parcels being returned to us where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at pupcoutureandco@gmail.com.

We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

5. Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including:

• Postal or courier delays

• Public holidays

• Severe weather

• Peak shopping periods

• Incorrect address information

• Transport disruptions

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

• Your mailbox

• Around your property

• Safe places

• With household members

• With neighbours

• Any delivery instructions provided to the courier

You may also wish to contact the relevant delivery provider directly.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us at pupcoutureandco@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and products and contact us as soon as reasonably possible at pupcoutureandco@gmail.com.

Please retain the packaging until we have advised you whether it is required for the delivery provider or our investigation.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Pup Couture & Co. ships within Australia only unless otherwise stated on our website.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
